Delivery

Your Cotterpillar will wing it’s way to you via Royal Mail (signed for), Parcelforce or Courier (depending on how large your parcel is). Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days but sometimes can take a little longer (up to 5 days). If you’d like your delivery very urgently, please get in touch via phone (07400 112 112) or email hello@cotterpillar.com to arrange Express Delivery.

You will receive a smart package, inside which your Cotterpillar will be nestled in our lovely branded calico bag. This means that it can be sent directly as a gift if you wish because unwrapping it is a pleasure! For gift deliveries, please select the relevant option at checkout and add gift message if you like.

UK Delivery: We charge £5.95 for delivery to anywhere in the UK (unless you’re ordering for the Channel Islands in which case please call first for a quote).

European delivery: It’s £15 to ship to Europe.

International Delivery: Currently, to deliver to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UAE, the shipping cost is £50.

Rest of the world: Please contact us for shipping rates to other destinations not listed above before placing an order. Currently you will be unable to checkout on the website if your address is outside our standard shipping areas, but we can arrange shipping if you let us know the details.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your Cotterpillar purchase, but if for any reason you do wish to return it, please give us a call or drop us a line to let us know to expect it. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (unless they are faulty) and should be returned unused in their original packaging. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with your Cotterpillar, please let us know and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Very occasionally a parcel mysteriously goes missing (even 'signed for' parcels). If this happens, we will open an investigation with the Post Office. If all else fails, we will replace the order.
